What is " Nano " ?
Nano substances are ultra-refined particles engineered to be incredibly small (200 nanometers or smaller). Our process results in an average size of 21 nm. To put that in perspective, that’s just over twice the size of a DNA molecule! This extreme miniaturization allows nano processed substances to be absorbed by the body or integrated into systems at a dramatically higher rate than their conventional counterparts.
By reducing materials from their original size (often thousands of nanometers) to the nanoscale, we unlock the potential for enhanced performance, precision, and bioavailability. In fact, in some cases nano substances can be up to ten times (or more) effective than traditional formulations due to their superior absorption through tissues and the vascular system, and their improved interactions with biological systems.
Why Nano Technology Is a Game-Changer
Our nano particle formulations utilize technologically advanced methods, and have been shown to outperform conventional emulsions and delivery methods.
Compared to traditional substances, nano processing your materials can offer:
⚡ Faster absorption
…allowing active ingredients to reach peak concentration more quickly
⏳ Extended half-life
…meaning they remain active and effective for longer durations
💊 Higher efficacy at lower dosages
…so you get more impact with less material
🔄 Versatile delivery options
…enabling seamless integration into liquids, gels, sprays, and more

Let's Break It Down. Why Is Nano Better ?
To understand the value of nano substances, it’s important to first explore how bioavailability works.
Bioavailability
Bioavailability refers to how effectively a substance is absorbed and utilized by the body. While we often assume that everything we consume is fully processed, the truth is that our bodies are only partially efficient at absorbing nutrients, supplements, and medications.
This applies to both digestion and the way our bodies metabolize active compounds. Using hemp-derived CBD (Cannabidiol) as an example, when ingested it typically passes through the liver, where enzymes (such as CYP3A4) break it down into forms that can be used by the body. However, depending on the form it is in, and other chemical properties, only a small percentage may actually be absorbed and put to use.
For many forms, especially those taken orally, bioavailability can be surprisingly low (sometimes as little as 6%). That means a large portion of the substance is wasted, never even reaching the bloodstream in a usable form.
Enter: Nanotechnology
Nanotechnology, including our Nano Processing involves reducing particles to nanoscopic dimensions (typically between 1 and 100 nanometers). For comparison, a single molecule of common table salt is 260nm in size, whereas a molecule of CBD measures in at a whopping 4440 nanometers in diameter. Shrinking these particles down to the nanoscale dramatically changes how they interact with the body.
At this size, nano substances are more easily broken down and absorbed, allowing them to bypass some of the body’s natural barriers and reach target systems more efficiently.
Hydrophilic vs. Lipophilic
Molecules tend to be either hydrophilic (water-attracting) or lipophilic (fat-attracting). This matters because the human body is largely water-based, and substances that repel water (known as hydrophobic) struggle to be absorbed.
Many traditional compounds are lipophilic and hydrophobic, meaning they resist water and are poorly absorbed in the body’s aqueous environment. However, when these substances are converted into nano-sized particles, it’s possible for them to gain both hydrophilic and lipophilic properties. This dual compatibility allows them to integrate more easily into the body’s systems.
The Nano Advantage
By reducing the size of materials down to the nanoscale, we can dramatically increase their bioavailability. This means:
💊 Potentially Smaller doses are needed to achieve the same effect
⚡ Faster onset or absorption into the bloodstream
⏳ Longer-lasting effects due to improved retention
🔄 Greater flexibility in how substances can be delivered—via liquids, sprays, gels, and more
Why Nano Substances Are a Breakthrough
Nano substances can be both hydrophilic (water-attracting) and lipophilic (fat-attracting), allowing in many cases for them to be water-soluble (dissolvable in water) – a major advantage over traditional, larger-particle compounds that often resist water and are poorly absorbed.
Water solubility opens the door to a wide range of applications that were previously difficult or ineffective with conventional formulations. Nano substances can be infused into:
🥤 Beverages that feel clean and smooth, without oily residue
💧 Tinctures that begin working almost instantly upon contact
🌬️ Aerosols and sprays that were once impossible to formulate with larger molecules
The possibilities for innovation are virtually endless.
Enhanced Bioavailability and Efficiency
Because nano substances are absorbed far more efficiently, their bioavailability (the percentage of a substance that actually enters the bloodstream) is dramatically higher. This means:
You can potentially use smaller doses while achieving greater effects.
The body can absorb far more of the active compound compared to pre-processed materials.
Delivery is faster, cleaner, and more consistent across different formats.
